    3. Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

Availing the Services require us to know your personal information to best meet your needs.     5. information received by body corporate under lawful contract or otherwise; and

Additional information including, inter alia, your e-mail address, name, specific details related to your dispute and pleadings/submissions supporting your claim or response to a claim which you submit to us at or during registration, settlement, arbitration, mediation, conciliation, chat, calls and/or other dispute resolution process or journey while availing our Services or while visiting our Site and cookies for site usage behaviour.

    1. The information may be shown to the other parties of the Dispute Resolution System, including ExpertKhoj Experts, i.e. arbitrators, mediators and conciliators, as and when required;
    2. To personalize the user’s experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings which is best suited to your needs;
    3. To allow us to provide better services to you in response to any customer service requests raised by you;
    4. To undertake a feedback process or survey; and
    5. To quickly process your transactions & new subscriptions or renewals.

6. Change to the Privacy Policy

ExpertKhoj may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without advance notice. In the event there are significant changes in the way ExpertKhoj treats User’s personally identifiable information, or in the Privacy Policy itself, ExpertKhoj will display a notice on the Website or send Users an e-mail, as provided for above, so that you may review the changed terms prior to continuing to use the Services.
